This policy covers your GoKymani advisor membership — not your clients' trips or bookings.
Scope
This policy covers your GoKymani advisor membership — your access to the planning platform. It does not cover any traveler's trip, booking, or payment.
Membership & early access
Founding-advisor access is currently free — there are no fees to cancel or refund. You can stop using GoKymani or close your account at any time, at no charge and with no penalty. When paid advisor plans are introduced, their subscription and cancellation terms will appear here.
Trip cancellations are not ours
GoKymani is a planning tool. It does not book travel, collect payment for travel, or hold client funds. All bookings, changes, and cancellations for your clients' trips are arranged and handled by you — through your own host agency and suppliers — and are governed entirely by their terms. GoKymani is not a party to those transactions and has no role in trip cancellations, refunds, or fees.
Closing your account
Closing your GoKymani account does not affect any booking you've already placed with your suppliers; those remain governed by your and your suppliers' agreements.
