By using Agent.GoKymani.ai, you agree to these terms. The platform is operated by FlutterBuy LLC and is intended for travel advisors using its planning and client-management tools.

Agent.GoKymani.ai provides AI-assisted travel research, itinerary design, budget planning, and client organization. It is a planning tool: you remain the advisor, control the client relationship, and arrange travel through your own suppliers and professional relationships.

You are responsible for your professional credentials, registrations, disclosures, supplier agreements, client authorizations, bookings, payments, changes, cancellations, and compliance obligations. Do not represent that Agent.GoKymani.ai is the seller or booking party for your client transactions.

Kymani’s responses are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. You must independently verify prices, availability, entry requirements, advisories, accessibility details, supplier terms, and all other material information before advising a client or making a booking.

Only submit client information you are authorized to process. Your clients and client relationships remain yours. Your handling of client information must comply with applicable privacy and professional obligations.

Founding-advisor access is currently free. Future paid plans will disclose their prices and cancellation terms before purchase. You may stop using the platform or close your account at any time.

Use the platform lawfully and do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent it. The platform, Kymani persona, design, and underlying technology belong to FlutterBuy LLC; your client information and advisor-created work remain subject to your rights.

The service is provided as is without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, specific travel availability, or error-free AI output. To the extent allowed by law, FlutterBuy LLC is not liable for supplier actions, travel disruptions, advisor bookings, or losses caused by unverified information.
