Agent.GoKymani.ai is an AI-powered planning platform for independent travel advisors. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the advisor site and its planning tools.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account details, advisor preferences, client details you choose to provide, trip-planning inputs, conversations with Kymani, and standard usage and device information.

Only enter client information you are authorized to use for planning. You remain responsible for your own client relationship and record-keeping obligations.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and personalize planning tools, maintain trip and client records, support your account, improve the platform, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Service Providers

We use vetted providers for payment processing, AI processing, secure data storage and authentication, travel-search results, communications, and service monitoring. They may process information only to provide their services to us.

With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel to tell Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) when a visitor from our ads views pages or creates an account, including page addresses, the sign-up event, browser and device information, IP address and Meta cookie identifiers, to measure and improve our ads. Your client relationships remain yours. We do not sell personal information. We do not use advisor client data to market consumer travel-booking services to those clients.
